SPAGNA/Fiesta de los Caballos del vino
The feast of Caballos del Vino, which is held in Caravaca de la Cruz in the Spanish province of Murcia, was born as a popular manifestation mixing fact, legend and epic narrative. The tradition of the festival takes place in the thirteenth century, when Caravaca is on the border between the christian Castiglia and the kingdom of the Moors of Granada when the Cross in Caravaca already known to protect and miracle.
